Izabela is an experienced team leader with vast knowledge about corporate communications and public affairs. ​Before joining Rud Pedersen, Izabela had experience working in both the utilities industry and diplomatic service. She is a media and communications professional, skilled in corporate social responsibility, crisis communications, international relations and project management.
Izabela has ​been involved in developing large-scale investment projects, leading international teams and building communications strategies across the Nordics, Baltics and Poland as well as in India and Indonesia. ​She brings with her a multinational perspective and promotes diverse public affairs campaigns.
